Vodacom Incompetence affecting my credit score

I bought 2 x Samsung watches for my kids where were eventually returned to Vodacom Clearwater after proofing that the esim drains the battery within 2-3 hours. I was then issued credit notes for both watches. Vodacom messed up the allocation of the credit notes which resulted in my lines being blocked twice resulting in me losing work and my kids not being able to study. Now on my credit report, my Vodacom account shows as in arrears which is infuriating as this was a mistake on your side which is now affecting my credit score. I also suspect this is why when I tried to apply for another line with Vodacom, that it was declined. I expect this to be resolved before COB tomorrow or I will get lawyers involved.
