Vodacom Incompetence
Vodacom are just totally ***********, i have tried twice to get a quote on cancelling my contract but they just don't respond, i have spoken to a call center agent and i have been into the Vodacom shop - what next? They will not give me a reference number either - they say my request does not warrant one!!!
