Vodacom Incompetence

Vodacom South Africa you guys are just plain useless. I did an upgrade in December 2018 for a iPhone 6 with a Beats by Dre headset. I received the phone but no headset was sent. It’s two weeks into the New Year and I am being told about Managers being on leave and that my headset will be sent once they are back. What ******* is that!!! You seriously cannot expect me to accept an excuse like that!!! Please send the headphones as promised when my upgrade was done. I am not going to do follow ups anymore YOU need to call me to keep me updated!!!
