Vodacom incompetence

Copy of mail sent to Vodacom. With regard to the outstanding amount shown on the statement, I have this to report. 1. I contracted to install FTTH to replace the Wireless system as per this month by month contract. 2. The condition was that this contract would be cancelled when the FTTH was installed. 3. The cancellation did not happen because Vodacom was incapable of doing as requested. 4. I spent 2 days calling all the numbers and going around in circles to try to cancel this contract. 5. I came to the conclusion that you do not have a cancellation department. 6. I went on HelloPeter and complained. 7. Your people called me to find out about the complaint and promised to see to the cancellation. 8. This did not happen. 9. The e-mails they promised to send me in confirmation, did not happen. 10. Again, proof that you do not have a cancellation department that even your own staff can access. 11. In the end I had only the choice of reversing the debit order to gain your attention. 12. It seems that we can now go to court with this matter. 13. Maybe the judge can establish if you have a cancellation department or not. 14. So, if you are still as *********** as you have been so far, let us proceed to court. BTW, I made ONE call to Cell-C to cancel my backup LTE contract. You may also refer to an update of this matter on HelloPeter and other social media platforms which I will post today.

Hopefully they will be more efficient than the last lot who called me but did nothing. You can refer to my previous post here at HelloPeter regarding this matter.
