Vodacom incompetence

For over a month I had been battling to renew my contract. I have learned that vodacom is completely ***********. I had renewed my contract but noticed that there were similar deals with watch and pods and returned the cell phone to try and get the better deal. Becaise of vodacoms incompetency the returned item sat in the warehouse for a week without being recorded. I thereby missed the deal because the month ended. I the asked for another phone but was again mislead and a half hour later i cancelled the deal but i was told no i had to wait get the cell return it and start all over again. Again delays. Then a person named ferdie called he promised to get me the old deal which he would get management to recreate the desl. As yet he has failed to contact me. A lady called on monday the cell call dropped she said she tried to call me but she didn't. She said i blocked her call. But suddenly she could call me on Wednesday. She came with no resolution. Just was very argumentative. Gosh i finally ave up and cancelled my contract. I have had this contract for over 12 years. What a bunch of *********** people
