Vodacom - Incapable of resolving an issue

This is now the third time I have to resort to writing a review on here about the same issue not being resolved, despite being promised telephonically that it has been addressed and resolved. I am at my wits' end with this problem, as Vodacom seems incapable of addressing and resolving an issue altogether.
