Vodacom incapable of getting the most basic queries right. I upgraded my data contract but noticed on my online profile that the details have not been updated. I am still being charged the old rate for my contract, instead of the new promotion amount, which is supposed to be lower. My contract end date has also not been updated and I continue to get spammed with emails telling me my contract is due for an upgrade. Vodacom doesn’t surprise anymore in not getting the most basic of queries right and not being able to provide proper service to their customers...
