Vodacom incapable of correcting their own mistake.

I am a doctor working in a state hospital. Having a phone with data is a requirement not a luxury. Dealing with Vodacom has been excessively frustrating. For over a year I have emailed, attempted phone calls and in person visits to Vodacom stores to correct a problem Vodacom created. I make a very good salary and more importantly have a perfect credit score with absolutely zero debt. Vodacom accounts department refuse to correct their mistake in issuing a poor credit score of their own. Despite proving my credit score as well as sending in proof of earnings and bank statements, no one seems capable or willing to correct this problem. It is preventing me from taking out any additional contracts even as low as R100pm. There have been some half hearted attempts by some persons in Vodacom to help but after a couple of emails or phone calls communication completely stops and nothing is done. My area at home had poor reception from other providers so I was prisoner to Vodacom until recently. It seems this is a good time to move to a provider who will value my additional business unless this is remedied in the next few days. I have waited long enough (well over a year)
