Vodacom incapability to identify faulty HUAWEI P50 Pocket phones

I bought the Huawei p50 pocket in early July and within seven days , it cracked without me damaging the phone. Then I went to Vodacom at Lakeside mall. And the staff told me that my phone was not cracked and that it was the plastic screen protector that comes with the phone. Last week ,however after I removed the screen protector,my phone indeed was cracked.I went to Vodacom yet again and they told me that it has to go for repairs . I’m paying a lot of money for the phone that is faulty . I’m very upset about this .
