Vodacom inability to deal with a ***** dispute.

I contacted Vodacom ***** Despute: My reference number isEC-21XV-1QEZHL and up until today they have done nothing. I received a call form a Debt review office because of this same account that they say is in arrears. They said the device was purchased in 2018, but I have no recollection of such a device or anything else. This is affecting my credit score and Vodacom is not contacting and I don't know how to contact them besides email. I provided them all the documents that they sent me to fill in. And then now receive a call for Debt Review? What nonsense is this?
