Vodacom in the list of ****med.
Vodacom has once again ****med me.I purchased airtime yesterday 29 July 2022 and changed it to data that I normally use. After a very short while I got an sms notification that the data is used up.
I called them to inquire and an agent promised to get back to me after failing to give me answers,as he claimed the system can not see what used up my data. This after checking each usage of the data and purportedly puzzled by the failure of the system to pick up where the data went.
The same thing happened two days before and I ignored it.I'm not subscribed to anything and my background data usage is perfectly restricted.I'm still waiting.

30 Jul 2022, 18:30Vodacom has responded to my complaint on hello Peter promising to solve the problem, only to find that they only want people to believe so.They were lying as usual. It's a pity that both Vodacom and mtn are just scoundrels conning helpless customers out of their cash when people trust them.
