Vodacom in the business of *****ing from customers

On the 2 April 2017 I noticed that R738 was deducted from my account from Vodacom which I found to be very strange considering my contract with them endedon the 28 February 2017 , I then called them to query this only to find that they had authorised an upgrade without my consent that apparently took place on at Vodacom customer care at Eastgate which is where I purchased my phone and also where I had JUST been a couple of weeks ago and put them on hello peter because of their poor service. I was put through to the call centre and they had advised me that indeed I was upgraded and hence reason why the debit order was authorised, I was then told that I would be reimbursed my money and that upgrade would be reversed as I was paying for a phone I do not have in my possession , since then I don't know whether this theft was reversed in terms of the upgrade and my money has not been reimbursed what I find to be funny is that after the call we are asked to rate and comment and even after the negative comment received still nobody got back to me another example of bad customer service what I also fail to understand is how you can authorise an upgrade that involves the deduction of more money from a customer without them being aware or you as a service provider not having an authorised signature from the customer in this case being myself I also question had I not raised this issue was vodacom going to continue to ***** from me? & is there not a procedure put in place to protect customers from incidents such as these if not my suggestion is you look into it, honestly I just want my money back so that I can go to a service provider that respects me & the invasiveness of my bank account!
