Vodacom in Menlyn (near PnP) is the pits.

I would advise against taking any contract or, basically, anything from Vodacom in Menlyn (the store near PnP). Their consultants are the most unhelpful & rudest people I've ever come across. In summary: I live in Cape Town but was in Pretoria for work & I, urgently, needed a new phone on contract on 2 Feb '20; they failed to assist me. Their unconcerned behaviour, unfortunately, prompted my decision to wait & get one in Cape Town. I arrived in Cape Town today & went to a Vodacom in Blue Route with the most kindest, sincere & helpful consultants/service I thought was, actually, offered nationwide. Even so, I still haven't received a new phone due to Vodacom's inept system regarding my previous contract, however my consultant's assurance of the issue being resolved ASAP is much more appreciated than what Vodacom Menlyn offered. All in all, avoid the Vodacom in Menlyn near Pick'n'Pay!
