Vodacom in line battle

I am trying to install fiber with a service provider at my address. I cannot install it because vodacom hijacked my fiber line. I have never asked them to install anything at this new address, but apparently they decided i have no option.

They gave someone a contract with a new iphone without my daughters permission and she never even requested anything like that.

I have the same problem now. Here is vumatels answer to my quest for fiber

There is currently an order placed with Vodacom at the address(VC-***). That is the reason why Vox can't place an order at the address. You will need to contact Vodacom for assistance with a cancellation.

Hell vodacom, I think I have had enough from your services. Please get off my fiber line as I do not have a service with you. Why the hell have you taken the fiber line hostage?
