Vodacom in contravention of consumer right.

Vodacom is harassing my mother and physically disabled brother for a cellphone contract that was paid up fully in 2019. The company constantly sends my mother threatening messages for R1600.00 and the collections consultants are rude and abusive towards my ailing mother. According to the consumer act 68 of 2008 “ to promote a consistent legislative and enforcement framework relating to consumer transactions and agreements”, I believe Vodacom is violating consumer rights. Should this matter not be resolved by 25 June 2021, I shall report this matter to the Ombudsman.
