VODACOM IN BREACH OF CONTRACT

During 2019 I received a great deal on data (10GB day + night) for a fantastic price. Of course I said yes, received my router and was good to go. It was about Dec 2019/Jan2020 that I kept noticing I can't connect to my wifi router. When this continued into Feb 2020, I phoned customer services twice and the matter would have been "escalated to the back office". Eventually, I phoned again, they told me to go to a Vodacom shop to check if there is something wrong. Vodacom shop assisted me and said it's not working (they put the sim in their phone), and told me to phone Cancellations department. Cancellations department "escalated it to the back office", yet again. 3 - 5 working days turnaround time... 2 weeks later, no response. Phoned AGAIN today, spoke to 5 different people, 45 minutes on the phone, and when I was told yet again that this will be "escalated" to someone else because they could SEE NO ONE DID ANYTHING about it previously, I've had enough and told them to come and collect the router and sim. VODACOM, YOU are in BREACH OF THIS CONTRACT. I am paying for something YOU said you'll deliver, but I'm not getting. How many other customers are you doing this to? This is nothing other than THEFT... ***** more of my money Vodacom, because your people are *********** in dealing with something that should be SIMPLE to sort out. Give a new router, place the payments on hold until you've sorted it out... but no. Vodacom is all about getting your money. I wanted to upgrade in June, but I think this time I'm done with Vodacom. I won't recommend ANYONE to use Vodacom.

I have been contacted by Vodacom and AGAIN I was told that it would be "escalated" and STILL nothing is being sorted out. Seems I must just stop my debit order in order to get Vodacom's attention.

Your customer care sucks.
