Vodacom in breach of contract and don't care!

Vodacom refusing to honour the insurance taken out on a contract. Even though they are in breach of contract they have given every excuse under the sun to refuse the replacement. Utterly disgusted with the service. I was promised on a public message on hello Peter that someone would assist me. I received a call with the promise of feedback and a resolution but no feedback since December. I am disgusted with the service and utter lies! Pathetic service! Next step will be legal action and I will make sure the whole of South Africa sees!!!!!
