Vodacom in breach of contract

My legal contract that I have with Vodacom clearly stipulate that my information should not be shared with third party companies or used for any marketing purposes. I have been getting calls for life insurance from a company who calls on behalf of Vodacom. When asked to remove my details the consultant said I have to sort that out with Vodacom they act on behalf of Vodacom. Vodacom is in breach of contract and in direct violation of the POPI act by sharing personal information to third part companies. I need to forward this message to Vodacom legal as I would like to take legal action.
