Vodacom in breach of contact

Got the Samsung s23+ that came with a tablet on promotion. Paying a hell of a lot for this phone but haven't received the tablet yet (7 months later). Since vodacom is in breach of contact I want them to move my number to prepaid since I'm paying for something I haven't received. No response from vodacom as usual
