VODACOM , IN A SAD STATE !

<p>On the 9 of January 2019 , we lodged a complaint in writing to Vodacom custumer care , stating that the signal we received was so weak that we cannot make or receive calls at the offices . Quite a challenge as the seven of us cannot communicate , unless we walk of the premises closer to the road .</p> <p>To make matters worse , we also run our office mails on the Vodacom network . So " gatvol " indeed .</p> <p>We have been follwing up with them , via custumer care , or their help line , and the only reply we get is that the matter is being attend to . This is the stauts quo for the past seven weeks !</p> <p>At month end in January , we thought we would get tough and we asked them to make a commitment , They then said that the signal problem will be resolved by the 18th of February 2017 . Oeps they have miseed it !</p> <p>To make matters even worse , we threntened to cancel all eight contracts , to which they merely rep**** , sorry Sir you have a contract .</p> <p>Our frustration is four fold at the moment ,</p> <p>1. Why have a cellular service , if you cannot use it .</p> <p>2. If your acoount should fall in arrears , the service is suspeneded ( So the pressure of non payment does not bother them )</p> <p>3. In an emergency ( Our offices is sitiated on a small holding ) we have no communication .</p> <p>4. If this is their attitude towards customers , surely they do not deserve any ! </p> <p> </p>
