Vodacom impose unauthorised access to my bank account.

Vodacom has just added another account without my concern, I disputed a similar account where they just debited R360 from my bank account and they said I must send an affidavit, which I did, but now I just saw my bank statement they took R562.25 and some R20.17 Vodasure which I don't know and didn't authorise. I'm trying to apply for a home loan and can't get it because I keep reversing these subscriptions and it reflects bad on credit bureau. Vodacom please remove the account from my credit record 😪
