Vodacom illicit debit order...
Canceled data/modem contract months ago and vodacom has the audacity to deduct a debit order for this contract. When will something be done about these cellphone companies not upholding cellphone contract cancelations? I expect a phonecall/email response with details of when I can expect my refund or I will be canceling my other cellphone contract immediately. Cellphone companies and gyms are notorious for this and they just get away with it. Been a customer for more than 12 years, spending thousands upon thousands with you and you want to ***** a couple hundred rand from me? Disgusting.
