Vodacom ******* practices

First I complaint a few weeks ago about high data cost. I ran out of data and right away purchased a new data bundle but the bundly were added LATE and it cost me more than R500 and then Vodacom refuse to do anything about it. Then I got to upgrade a few weeks ago and went from smart s contract to a top op 150 contract. I am paid up until end of Nov on the contract. Now this morning on 30 Nov they moved me over from the contract to the top up 150 but the airtime of R150 they say will only be added on the 1st of December. BUT now I am without any airtime! This cannot be legal? I have paid on the old contract for up until the end of Nov but yet today I am sitting without ANY airtime. You are *****ing my money vodacom! The lady at customer service said there is nothing she can do. What? I asked to speak to a manager and she said sorry no manager will be able to help you. I asked for a call back from a manager and the lady said sorry a manager will NOT call you back. This is a joke Vodacom, I should have ported my number with this renewal of the contract. You ***** peoplles money.

Best regards,
Thank you vodacom for fixing this. When dealing with a company, the problem is not the mistakes they make but how they correct the mistakes which is why I have been with Vodacom since 1997. Thank you Vodacom.
