Vodacom Ilanga Mall Nelspruit (Travel Data)

Went to Vodacom shop at Nelspruit I’langa Mall to buy Travel data on the 6th of May 2026 as I was going to Dubai on the 8th of May 2026. One of the consultant assistant me to buy the Travel data and also went to the system to activate the roaming, i have paid R699.00 for that package only to get to Dubai and the data never works till I came back. I had to use my airtime just to be connected with my family. Came back from Dubai and went to I Langa Mall Nelspruit on the 21st of May to query about this. One of the Consultant her name is Queen told me that they need to send an email to the Regional Manager. I haven’t received any feedback till today and I need my R699.00 back. What a poor service
