Vodacom ignoring the NCA

Excluding the fact that Vodacom is the worst company you can do business with,my problem with them is that they do not follow the proper legal steps required when handing someone over to the lawyers. I was handed over to a law firm without any notification, after I was notified to go REACTIVATE my account. Vodacom failed to phone me and to provide me with a section 129 letter, which according to the NCA is compulsory for any creditor before they are allowed to take any legal steps. Vodacom just does not care about you. You are just a another number on their books. All this after they removed my call limit without notification.
