Vodacom ignoring serious and legitimate complaint!
I have sent this to Vodacom on Facebook and Twitter and have been ignored!

I bought an iPhone 6 from your Nicolway branch on the 14th of February 2015.

2 months ago I sent my iPhone 6 in for software issues, they sent it back a few days later saying they restored the software which was useless and didn't fix my issues, I then sent it back in and had it escalated to the advanced repair centre. They called me 2 weeks later and told me that the screen is cracked and it's going to cost me I think the number was about R5500. I told them that was ******** because there was nothing wrong with the screen and then tried to escalate many more times and got nowhere. On Friday last week I got a call from the Nicolway Store Manager (Happy) trying to get the details of what happened, I went to see him yesterday and he called the ARC and they said basically they can't do anything because of the cracked screen.
On the damage report that one of the employees did prior to sending my phone in for repairs it clearly states that there are drop marks on the back and a couple of scratches. Nowhere does the report say anything about a cracked screen. My phone still doesn't work!
