Vodacom ignoring me and my problem flat
I am trying to sort out a small problem with Vodacom for a month now .But they keep on ignoring my emails and no one at the call centre want to help me . I think the next step is icasa & nnc .
My cell phone contract (RED package) is due for an upgrade but I think its best to stop the contract and go to MTN
Vodacom Please assist me with my problem .
