Vodacom Ignoring me !!!!

Over the last 2 months I have been treated with absolutely no possible solution to a complaint & problem I have with Vodacom. Vodacom restrict me to communicate via email only to the Legal department and they ignore my multiple requests from my emails, at least 5 such emails. Is there anyone out there in Vodacom who can assist or do you think that by ignoring me I will cease with my matter. Vodacom have on record that I have an outstanding account of approx. R10'000.00, I have a signed letter from Vodacom stating that the account has been written off, but my name is still to this day attached to an amount of R10'000.00 owing to Vodacom. I WANT THIS SORTED OUT ASAP!!!!!!
