Vodacom ignoring CPA rulings again
I have been trying to cancel prematurely 3 of my existing Vodacom contracts. I get conflicting quotes that are NOT just the actual monthly fee. Specialist ops escalation also do not respond to me. The amounts are not in line with what is legal as per section14(3)(b) and Regulation5(2) of the CPA of October 2022.

12 Aug 2025, 16:46I had a call, same quotes received with unacceptable values!! Sim only contracts, but ridiculous amounts quoted! Values quoted is basically the same as if I run the remaining contract period for each contract.
