Vodacom Ignores You When They Owe You Money

So it seems that the only way to get Vodacom to acknowledge you is to post a complaint here.

Since Vodacom does not want to acknowledge that they in fact OWE ME money and not the other way around, they have stopped responding to my emails and refuse to settle the matter once and for all.

If anyone at the FIBRE department reads this please can I settle this matter ONCE AND FOR ALL!

I sent a cancellation email on the 30th July and it was responded to, so I know it was received. The service was to be cancelled as of the 31st August, after that another two debit orders went off, One is apparently because we pay in lieu of service but the other was not supposed to go off and is now owed to us.

PLEASE SORT THIS OUT.
