Vodacom ignores the content of their contracts

VodaCom decides they can increase the monthly subscription while I had signed a 24 month contract based on a fixed price for 24 months. It is ********* to increase existing running contract subscriptions. You advertise a contract at a certain fee for 24 months, then you must keep to the price as what you have sold to the customer. If you have small print on your contract that allows you to increase subscriptions in the middle of a contract period, then it is still ********* and misleading, None of your sales agents ever advised me as client about this clause...it it exists. They also neglect to advise us that the Blackberry Z3 will not work on the BIS, I am still waiting for the promised response after my complaints, while I had to pay for the BIS and the data that was used. YOU AT VODACOM THINK THAT YOU CAN CANCEL THE PACKAGE I WAS ON AND FORCE ME TO ACCEPT A MORE EXPENSIVE ONE AND THEN INCREASE MY SUBSCRIPTION FEE OF THE SIGNED CONTRACT WHICH YOU MUST HONOR FOR THE DURATION OF THE CONTRACT!

section 48 of the Consumer Protection Act, which prohibits a supplier from entering into an agreement with a consumer on terms that are unfair, unjust or unreasonable, may have been breached
