Vodacom ignores SA legislation

Despite using Vodacom's 31118 number to opt out of receiving direct marketing, numerous calls to their call center, complaints on their Facebook page and receiving email as well as telephonic confirmation that I will not receive marketing SMSes I am STILL receiving marketing SMSes. This is in direct contravention of the ECT, NCA, CPA, POPI as a well as the WASPA Code of Conduct. How can they be allowed to have such a BLATANT disregard for these laws of our country? I would like to know how to proceed with legal action to have the courts compel them to comply with legislation.

Dear Vodacom I have had interaction with a host of "consultants". I do not want to hear from a consutant, but rather from a manager in marketing and another in legal as multiple interactions and assurances from "consultants" have yielded no results whatsoever and Vodacom continues to violate my legal rights.
