Vodacom ignores my request for FIFTH time

On 27 February I requested Masibu for a R79 data contract. I explained to him that I needed that contract very urgently over a vitally important time. Despite various promises from his side and several phone calls, the data line was never connected. The reference number of the request was ***0. After many, many calls, to various people in Vodacom, including Anan van Heerden, regarding this matter, I was told that the application was refused because of a credit company's record. I have an impeccable credit record and was deeply offended by this news. Since then I have written FIVE letters to Vodacom to get from them in writing who the credit company was, what their reason was, and the date/time this application was refused by the credit company. I need this to trace the company and remove the obviously wrong information - if it is indeed true. During my negotiations I spoke extensively to Tumelo Maboe, who is the manager of Masibu. I have the impression that they are lying to me. They are now refusing to answer my repeated and very reasonable request for the necessary information to follow up the matter. Tumelo seems more interested in defending Masibu than to help me with this
