Vodacom Ignores my cancellation and drops the call when i dont want to take extend my contract.

Ive been trying to cancel my contract with vodacom for the last month. My contract ends at the end of June month. Whenever i phone vodacom cancellations dept, im being told that my contract has been cancelled and i will receive a confirmation via email. Ive made numerous calls and ive never received any confirmation email. What angers me the most is, the more im trying to cancel the more these agents try convince me to extend the contract or take out a new contract. Its like they have no interest in me trying to cancel, all they're worried about is their commission. Ive been told by one of the agents on the vodacom chat app, that if i dont cancel early enough, vodacom will continue to debit from my account.

Vodacom , dont play games with me please, urgently sort this out. Ive been a loyal customer for many years, never missed a payment.

And im sick and tired of these vodacom agents who always drop the call in my hear when i tell them im not interested in any new contracts. Unprofessional with no phone etiquette.
