Vodacom ignores *****ulant contract complaint

On the 19th of June 2017, I was made aware that there has been a *****ulant Vodacom Contract opened using my details. I then reported the metter to Vodacom, of which they promised to get back to me within 24 hours. Since then there has been no communication or what soever, when I call in they tell me the metter is has been escalated to their ***** department. But yesterday I received a call from their agents telling me I owe Vodacom R2000, I told her about the account, of which she said its not recorded on the system that I reported the matter. Vodacom is actually coluding with ********** cause this should have been stopped already, and I will have a bad record because of this.

Its been 48 hours since Vodacom promised to get back to me, but I am still waiting, I'm sure everyone can see the evidence on how poor their service is... should I get listed because of you not delaying to resolve my querry, I will sue you and you Vodacom will pay for all the damages...
