Vodacom ignores credit requests after overcharging based on their own incompetence.

In about October last year, Vodacom failed to send invoices, statements and call logs which required a huge effort in terms of time and inconvenience for our company to be able to get copies of so that we could pay the account. In November we noticed that Vodacom had added 4 x R 23.00 fees for "Itemised Billing Reprint", despite them not having sent through originally. Since then we have been trying to get credit passed on the account with no success - even recently going to the extent of emailing 079tam and srm @vodacom twice a day. We receive read receipts from both addresses but no response or referral even if they cannot deal themselves with the mess they created.

Still no response from the "Business Support Team" - a week after the call received and five days after your nameless Consumer Website Team member indicated they had emailed.
