Vodacom ignores complaints

I continue to receive unwanted smses from Vodacom despite opting out on the sms opt out response, calling into the call center to confirm I am opted out, writing to them on Facebook, sending emails, receiving emails confirming I am opted out and complaining on Hello Peter. The only response I get is pure lies:

"Good day Brent Our records do indicate that your number has been opted out for any marketing sms'es. We do apologise for receiving this sms in error.

Regards, Lance Gurling"

"Dear Brent Thank you for your email communication. Our management team is liaising with the necessary teams in order to assist with the issue at hand. As soon as we have feedback, we will get in touch with you.

Regards, Roshan Abdurahman"

"Hi Brent

We are following up with our Seniors and requesting feedback on the matter.

The reference number is 1- ********** ********** ."

I have received ANOTHER sms today which is 2 days after the above respone which is clearly MEANINGLESS and Vodacom's are clearly doing NOTHING to resolve my query.

I AM STILL WAITING FOR ANYBODY TO CONTACT ME WITH A MEANINGFUL RESOLUTION!!!!!!
