Vodacom ignores BASIC rights!
Service failure! I’ve been trying for 4 years to change my surname since I got married in 2015. Countless phone calls, emails, follow ups and failed promises. I have evidence of submitting all the required documentation ( on multiple occasions) and acknowledgement of same but still my surname remains unchanged. Every time I upgrade on my various contracts I have endless issues on proving my identity upon delivery. I would like to cancel all my contracts without penalty as a result of this continued BASIC service failure. What a nightmare!
