Vodacom ignores *****
It seems to me that Vodacom ignores *****ulent activities, as firstly to report ***** is merely impossible and secondly, once reported no action is really taken to protect the consumer. I am personally dealing with a case since March 2022. I have called and emailed every contact end email address possible. I have provided Vodacom with reference numbers for the ******* sim swaps, the email address for the *****ulent activity, which by the way the person in the upgrade department was able to source and advise me that its suspicious order, However my emails and calls fall on deaf ears. Still to today, my invoices are being sent to the email address the *****ster managed to change my account to.
