VODACOM IGNORED DAMAGED PHONE!!!!

<p>My LG G3 had cracks out of the box. The screen was also damaged and light can shine out the sides. I called, went to a Vodashop and didn't get help. 2 months later my battery got swollen. I live very far from a Vodashop. Since then i've bought another battery and it got swollen as wel! </p> <p> </p> <p><br />A guy from Vodacom was kind enough to tell me to take the phone to a vodashop and demand them to take it, they will have to replace it as the screen and battery are damaged. 2 hours drive, NO HELP!</p> <p> </p> <p>I will continue to complain because this is NOT MY FAULT! Don't tell me to take it to a Vodashop and don't say battery warranty is only 6 months because the whole phone was damaged from the start. I will remove this if helped but i'm confident Vodacom doesn't care unless you're willing to give them money. They will never fix their mistakes! DISGHUSTED!!!</p>
