Vodacom ignore me after they ,,deduct for a walk in Client from another province??
I received a Repair Shop Call from Durban to update my contract and it will be less what i paid at moment. What a surprise!!!Double was deducted...and still waiting for my call..?? Days?? No one phoned, and the ,,caller,, got a ,sale,, im sure?? *** previous call centre person 2 years ago..sold me a Tablet..,,very popular,,!! To my surprised?? 2G!!.. you ask Google something on road..and weeks later..still no answer..2?? Where we are busy moving to 5G?? PLEASE KEEP YOUR ACCOUNTS CLOSE..AND RUN!!,

09 Sept 2024, 20:46Good evening, i saw someone phoned, i returned the call,but the person was on lunch..before 8pm. Later i phoned again Naro said they will phone in 15min.after 45min. I phoned to speak to mr Balley,,? He phoned back, but after 2 calls, could not locate such an person? Back to square one.
