Vodacom Ignorance - Town without cellphone reception for days!! Businesses are losing thousands due to Vodacom lack of responsibility!

We have been without cellphone reception for at least the last 4 days. No card machines are working, can't draw money, buy electricity or any of those services that requires cell reception or works via sms. Vodacom is doing nothing from their side to help and restore the problem. Our whole town, Tarkastad (Eastern Cape), is suffering due to this problem. Vodacom won't accept responsibility and also won't accept my cancellation of contract due to them causing a breach of contract from Vodacom side!!
