If you ever want to Receive the Worst customer service ever. Visit the Promenade Mitchell's plain store. Went to query a payment. The cashier saw a zero amount. She then referred me to a consultant called Spha, he just looked at me and ignored me. I asked for the manager as we wanted to complete the payment..... The manager Aziz who was not busy at the time said we should wait he will be a minute..... Gosh what kind of training do you give this Managers and Consultants..... Why do they chase us out with bad service... Close down if you can't help us please do.
