Vodacom identity theft

A ********** account was opened in my name . After much frustration talking to a person by the name of Wardah ********** I was still unable to get access to the details of the supposed account where money was deducted from my account ( a sum of more than R3000). I was forced to take time off work to go into a vodacom store to get access to the account, with false information on it (The account was opened in a store I have never been to and with an address that I have never stayed at with a wrong title in front of my name on this account). I have submitted an affidavit in June 2016 and opened a case of identity theft. I was told by Wardah that vodacom would investigate further and gave me an ERM number to follow-up on. 10 months later, I still don't any further information on the developments, vodacom has never contacted me, have not been refunded, and have been blacklisted. On further enquiry with vodacom, they are unaware of the investigation and say that the ERM number doesn't exist. No one at vodacom knows what's going on. I want my name cleared, I want my credit record to be set straight, I want to be re-imbursed, the ********* involved as well as the vodacom employee who authorized this ********** account to be brought to task.
