Vodacom Ias So Disgusting and Terrible

Vodacom is *********** its customers by selling them wrong contract packages and when we cancel it, Vodacom does not cancel it so that they can bill us and make money from us as its consumers.

I have been calling and doing everything, but no one has solved my problem.

Today I spoke to Minenhle and she said her manager will call me and now it is 18h45pm. Her manager did not call. This tells you that the whole Vodacom is so terrible.
