Vodacom I will submit a article to every media platform

Dear Vodacom

I have placed previous Hellopeter complaints, I have sent emails which you dont reply to and it seems you think you can walk over your paying customers.

I drove to your Bellville offices to get two Nano Sims, stood there whilst your staff confirmed that both contract numbers ( ********** & ********** ) will be sorted as you submitted the Sim swap and that after all the other troubles and losses we would be able to use our new phones.

I even sent the email as asked about our problems and the time your staff put the phone down in my wifes ear.

We gave you more time and even sent another email to advise you that our expensive phones might as well be a paper weight as they cannot be used at this moment. This done yesterday late afternoon.

You are playing games as you hold part of the communication monopoly and the odd clients with complaints are kept pushed away in a corner.

So as a paying customer and due to the losses you have caused us and the project you indirectly have damaged which could have helped millions of unemployed citizens, we will not let this go.

We will be filling affidavits at the police station, along with the official R17,000+ losses paperwork we incurred for the project that was delayed and all other communication with our upgrade problems.

We will take this information and place it on every social media and publication platform until you have resolved our matter and taken responsibility for the poor customer services.

You are a service provider and the complaint is from a paying customer.

Its unacceptable to play these games at our expenses.

Maybe if more citizens in SA see how you handle matters in the background they will think twice before using your services.

The fact that you have not delivered 100% services for submitted complaint, as its not resolved as yet will also now play a factor if we will stay a customer or move our business to another provider.

Reviewer Update

Just another automated response sothat it looks like Vidacom responds to clients complaints.

Tell us what is the use of upgrading phones, paying you more a month for them and not being able to use them?

Should I use them as an house ordiment or as a paper weight on my desk?

Without the sim active in it the phone has little use for your clients.

So since standing in your Bellville Head Offices and being given the Nano Sims by hand and confirming the Sim Swap, its been over 48 hours.

Still not working.

Should I bring the newspaper journalist with me to your offices and all the documents as mentioned before and let them ask a few additional questions for their article on your service delivery?

We are not an isolated incident, it seems many more clients that listed on Hellopeter has been ignored.
