Vodacom i want my phone or give me back my premiums

I'm still paying the phone that I dont have to vodacom ,what kind of insurance is that I lost my phone now they don't want to replace me but I'm R115 for insurance!!!! I'm very ****en angry for Vodacom!!!! I'm am big customer but they me like **** from the start beware
