Vodacom I want my phone

I feel so played, I took my phone to Vodacom for repairs as it had stopped charging while it was still fairly new and still under warranty. The phone was with them for like 2 months, which means I paid for 2 debit orders for a phone I didn’t have. Fast forward the phone was back but came without my box and a charger which were later sent back. It was yesterday when I realised that the phone they sent me is not my phone. I was struggling to sync my watch with the phone when I noticed that there are 2 iphone 16 pro max’s linked to my apple account. I decided to check the imei and serial numbers on my box and they do not have the one that is on this phone. I physically went into Vodacom store in Vodaworld and they insisted that this is my phone the IMEI number just changes because they changed the motherboard of the phone. I then reached out directly to Apple Support and they advised me that is not possible, Vodacom must have given me another phone if this is a different IMEI number, I even have confirmation from Apple. I think they took any s**** they had in their repair centre and gave it to me thinking I won’t notice. What’s worse is that the s**** they sent me is as faulty it’s hot as I type and sometimes it won’t take pictures. This phone even have other airpods linked that I do not even know who they belong to because I do not have airpods. The Vodacom customer complaints team is worse because they will just call to acknowledge the complaint but nothing after that in terms of resolution. So what happens now I would really love to know.
