Vodacom, I want answers

They had a promotion till 7 March for a S21 Fe and a free tablet. The tablet has to be redeemed from the Samsung app. I upgraded on the last day of the promotion. The assistant even told me I am lucky as it is the last day. They helped me in store to download the app to redeem the tablet. Next day I receive an email from Samsung saying I do not qualify as the special ended a day before I upgraded. I emailed them back with a photo of the add that stated I upgraded during the promotion. Samsung then let me know the add I have is not applicable as I had to use the ones on their website??????? In other words the booklets from vodacom is false adverti*****t. I went to the shop that did my contract.. AND WAIT FOR THIS..... They now claim they are sorry this is between me and Samsung. The assistance even told me I must realize they only work there. They don't know the rules of promotions. HoW IN THE WORLD CAN YOU SELL SOMEONE SOMETHING CLAIMING A DAY LATER YOU DONT KNOW WHAT YOU ARE SELLING!!!!! I will not be leaving this here. I want a tablet as stated on the add. I saw on Helo Peter many had the same problem and then those that did qualify is not receiving the tablets. Is this a new way to **** vodacom and Samsung customers? I would never have taken the phone if it was not for the promotion.... THIS IS TOTALLY BULL!!! I want answers
