Vodacom Hyde park corner not to be trusted

My son went to buy a contract phone which he was only supposed to pay But instead they added open plan without concent and after the debit of R3200 in September I advised him to go to the store to stop the debit and get it canceled they told him it's canceled shockingly in October they debited again My question is how can you offer some one who earns less than R5000 a R3200 plan monthly contract? how is even approved? We are definitely not happy at all and we want this cancelled and bring back the money deducted because this was done without his concern, we only know the phone contract He has never even receive any notification that he has been subscribed to get airtime or data, there's no message or report on his phone that he has received any data or airtime, please guys fix this before it's getting out of hand.
